Customer service excellence, diversity & inclusion, eCommerce, marketing, executive & team performance coaching, change management, peak performance, and adaptive leadership skills are but a few of his areas of expertise.

Tiffany brings more than 20 years of course design, course development, and facilitation experience within learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and executive leadership education. She provides expertise in change management, performance coaching, six sigma, diversity & inclusion, team dynamics, and mergers & acquisitions. She has led domestic and international strategic initiatives that have included designing brand identity packages and marketing strategies, formulating long-term, multi-generational communication plans, and designing and leading workshops for executive teams in conflict.
